DENIA DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD (formerly known as Infra Expert Development Sdn Bhd) is developing the project for BANDAR NUSAJAYA DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD (formerly known as PROLINK DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD), the landowner.

Taman Nusantara shall be developed in phases over a period of 10 years on 694.90 acres of land comprises of 2 parcels. Parcel A is 442.88 acres and parcel B is 252.02 acres. The development shall comprise of products in the ratio of 90% residential and 10% commercial. The status of the land for this development is freehold.
